About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established and highly regarded legal practice based in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven conveyancer to manage their own caseload in a supportive environment, with the flexibility of hybrid working and a competitive salary package.
What You'll Be Doing
* Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to post-completion
* Handling freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents and introducers
* Providing an exceptional level of client care throughout the transaction process
* Meeting targets and contributing to the wider team's success
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience handling residential conveyancing files independently
* Strong technical knowledge of freehold and leasehold transactions
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* The ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently and to deadlines
* A proactive, team-oriented approach
