Team Manager - Ballymena Superstore (May Consider a Placement). Location: Tesco Ballymena, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom.
Responsibilities
* Maximise sales, impact and presentation for your department while ensuring safety and compliance and that colleagues are in the right place at the right time.
* Lead from the front on the shop floor with colleagues and customers; be a role model and involve everyone in community projects to achieve more together.
* Grow and develop your own team by spotting talent and giving them feedback and support to help them reach their best.
* Maximise customer satisfaction by delivering a high standard of service and ensuring products and services are well presented.

You will need
