We are seeking an Early Years Skills Assessor Coache in the Turnbridge Wells, and Maidstone area to deliver Level 2, Level 3, and Level 5 childcare apprenticeship qualifications. You will be joining a well-established and specialist apprenticeship provider in the Early Years sector. This is a home-based role with travel in the local region to meet with learners in their workplace. To apply for this vacancy, you must be a qualified assessor or due to finish your Assessor Award (CAVA), and have nursery management experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering vocational qualifications and preparing learners for Apprenticeship Assessments (previously known as EPA), using coaching and assessment methods that comply with the National Standards and Awarding Body requirements. You will also be required to provide high levels of support to learners and work closely with childcare providers to ensure that training provision meets their business needs. Achieving organisational targets for qualification achievement rates is a key responsibility of this role. You will be responsible for administration tasks, managing appointments, and keeping up to date with the latest policies and procedures. The successful candidate must have excellent time-management and organisational skills, as well as a positive outlook and self-motivation.
