What you will be doing Lead and support commercial activity across established programmes and emerging opportunities. • Shape and apply commercial strategies that balance value creation, risk management and delivery commitments. • Manage contractual change, variations and negotiations across the full contract lifecycle. • Act as a senior commercial interface for customer relationships, dispute resolution and governance matters. • Support bid activity, proposals and business cases with robust commercial and financial insight. • Work closely with finance and delivery teams to support cash collection, invoicing and reporting. • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across commercial processes and ways of working.What you will need • Demonstrable experience managing large and complex contracts across their full lifecycle. • Strong commercial negotiation capability within aerospace, defence or similarly regulated technical environments. • Proven ability to manage progra...
