Worried about not having experience driving a bus? Don’t be! We’re here to support you every step of the way. With our Arriva Training School and the guidance of our experienced team, you’ll receive full CPC training and all the tools you need to get behind the wheel in no time.
Competitive Pay Rates
We believe in doing the right thing at Arriva, which is why we offer:
* Trainee Drivers: £12.75 per hour (first 3 weeks)
* Post-training (Trainees):
o Monday to Saturday: £12.75/hr (rising to £15.00 after 12 months)
o Sunday & Bank Holidays: £18.70/hr (rising to £22.00 after 12 months)

About You
While you don’t need prior bus driving experience, we do have a few requirements:
* Must be over 18 years old
* At least 6 months of driving experience
* No more than 6 points on your driving licence

Working Conditions
