Were looking for a driven and hands-on Relief Team Leader to support our warehouse operation in Normanton.
This is a great opportunity for someone with supervisory experience whos ready to step up into a leadership role. Youll support the day-to-day running of the warehouse, stepping in to lead teams when required and ensuring performance, safety, and quality standards are consistently met.
This is a floor-based role, so youll need to be comfortable working at pace and leading from the front.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Team Leader in running daily warehouse operations
* Step up to lead shifts and teams when required
* Drive productivity, ensuring KPIs and targets are achieved
* Promote and enforce health & safety standards across the site
* Monitor performance and resolve operational issues quickly
* Support training, coaching, and development of warehouse colleagues
* Ensure compliance with warehouse systems (WMS) and processes
* Drive continuous improvement and efficiency across your area
