Finance Officer | Habitat for Humanity, Philippines
Habitat for Humanity, Philippines (HFHP) is seeking a Finance Officer to contribute to the organization’s strategic objectives through treasury operations, financial transaction management, and compliance with relevant laws, policies, and regulations. The role involves coordination with stakeholders to ensure efficient financial processes.
The Finance Officer will primarily manage treasury functions, general finance operations, month-end and year-end closing procedures, and SunSystems accounting system.

3. Internal Controls and Audits
4. Database and File Management
Job Qualifications/Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of combined work experience in Accounting, with at least 3 years in fund accounting, preferably in an international NGO setting
* Degree in Accountancy or a related business field; MBA or CPA license is advantageous
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Ability to foster collaborative relationships and demonstrate excellent customer orientation
* Basic computer skills and knowledge
* Experience with on-ground project implementation
* Experience working with diverse organizational levels and cultures
