<div><p><b>Level 3 Early Years Practitioner – Grade 4</b></p><p><b>Hill Farm Primary</b></p><p><b>Monday - Friday 8.20am to 16:00pm (35.83 hours per week, term time only plus teacher training days, 39 weeks).</b></p><p>We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and well‑organised Early Years Practitioner to join our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) initially in our school nursery from September 2026.</p><p>This role will involve working collaboratively with responsible classroom teacher(s) as a Teaching Assistant by utilising detailed knowledge and specialist skills to undertake ‘specified work’ and provide care and supervision to pupils.</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>The ideal candidate must be qualified in the following qualification or equivalent:</p><p>Level 3 Childcare</p><h3>Desired Attributes</h3><ul><li>Is passionate enabling children to achieve excellent outcomes</li><li>Is keen to teach motivated and enthusiastic children</li><li>Has the ability to inspire, and enthuse</li><li>Sets high expectations for all</li><li>Has a strong commitment to working in partnership with parents, colleagues and the community</li><li>Is a team player with a good sense of humour and a positive attitude</li><li>Really want to make a difference to the lives of young people</li><li>Has a working knowledge of the EYFS Framework and the national curriculum and the willingness to develop this knowledge further</li></ul><p>The Trust reserves the right to close this vacancy early should we receive an overwhelming response.
