You’ll manage the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to securing high-value installation and service contracts. This is a hands-on role with autonomy to develop your patch, backed by a trusted brand and supportive leadership.### What you’ll do* Identify and convert new business opportunities* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers * Deliver tailored proposals and negotiate contracts* Manage full sales cycle from lead to contract mobilisation* Conduct site surveys and support system design* Maximise cross-sell opportunities across services* Keep pipeline accurate and report KPIs to senior management### About you You are a commercially minded sales professional with 5+ years’ experience in Fire & Security. You have a proven track record of selling both installation projects and recurring service contracts.
