What You Will Do
Deliver the Solihull Adult Social Care Offer using a person-centred approach
Work collaboratively with individuals, carers, and families to promote independence and wellbeing
Focus on preventing and delaying future care needs by maximising strengths and community networks
Use public resources effectively to support individuals with complex mental health needs
Undertake duty visits in pairs, without holding a caseload
Provide on-site support at the Maple Leaf Centre, responding to urgent mental health needs
