Bathroom Fitter – West Cornwall
Experienced Bathroom Fitter required to work on void social housing properties in West Cornwall – Truro down
This position will start temp to 12 weeks through us as the agency then move on to a permanent contract if both parties are happy.
Salary will be £35,000 – £37,440 per annum.
Bathroom Fitter Day to Day:
1. Working in empty council properties installing new bathrooms for new tenants
2. You need to be very competent in the whole process start to finish of ripping out old and installing a new bathroom to the spec provided.
3. Tiling, paneling, flooring, sealing, painting, installing sink, bath, toilet etc
4. Doing the jobs to the correct standard
5. Reporting to the supervisor on progress
6. Driving a work van safely and responsibly
Bathroom Fitter Requirements:
7. Plumbing qualifications desirable
8. Extensive experience fitting bathrooms
9. Good attitude
10. Honest and reliable
11. Full UK driving license
12. Good references from previous bathroom fitting jobs
13. DBS will be carried out
