Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Locum Vet Surgeon specializing in Small Animal to join our team in Thrapston, Northamptonshire. This is a locum position starting on the 7th of October 2024 and ending on the 15th of November 2024, with 6 days per week. The successful candidate will provide top-notch care to our patients in a supportive and well-equipped environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering high-quality veterinary care to small animals in accordance with the best practices of veterinary medicine.
* Diagnosing and treating a wide range of conditions, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
* Communicating effectively with pet owners, providing them with guidance on preventive care and treatment plans.
* Maintaining accurate and detailed medical records.
* Collaborating with veterinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Veterinary degree from an accredited institution.
* Current license to practice as a veterinarian in the UK.
* Strong diagnostic, surgical, and medical skills, with experience in small animal care.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Tuesday: 09:00 - 19:00
Wednesday: 09:00 - 19:00
Thursday: 09:00 - 19:00
Friday: 09:00 - 19:00
Saturday: 09:00 - 13:00
