Each has its own rhythm and atmosphere, giving you variety, inspiration, and the chance to work in two truly unique wellness environments.

We useAyurveda as a lensto understand our guests and guide our work. If you’re new to it, don’t worry — we’ll teach you. And if you already love Ayurveda, you’ll feel right at home. It’s how we understand people, energy, and the world around us.Who We’re Looking For
* A thoughtful communicator and attentive listener
* Someone curious, emotionally intelligent, and comfortable adapting to each guest
* A practitioner who values continuous learning and growth
* A holistic thinker aligned with our values of sustainability and collaboration
We welcome practitioners with:
* A qualification in massage, holistic therapy, or NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)
* Experience or interest in traditional wellness practices (Ayurveda, Chinese Medicine, Herbalism, etc.)
* Optional but welcome: yoga, breath work, or movement-based training
* If you’re currently working in a more routine-led spa and feel ready to grow into a therapist who can design and deliver personalised treatments, we’d love to support that journey.
