Here's what helps you thrive in this Finance Manager role: A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance At least 3 years' experience in hotel accounting or internal audit, with 3 years in a management role Experience working in a global branded hotel environment is highly desirable Strong knowledge of financial regulations, reporting, and control procedures Experience preparing financial analysis, forecasts, and managing P&L A collaborative mind-set with great attention to detail Fluent English (spoken and written) required Pre-opening experience is a bonus!
