Chef de Partie – Four-Star Hotel | Windsor
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate Chef de Partie to join the kitchen brigade of a four-star hotel in Windsor.
This role is ideal for a motivated chef who enjoys working with fresh ingredients, thrives in a professional kitchen environment and is keen to continue developing their career.
The Role
* Preparing and presenting high-quality fresh food.
* Catering for a variety of events, such as meetings, buffets, weddings and other functions.
* Working across multiple kitchen sections as required, maintaining consistent standards of quality and presentation
* Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards
* Supporting food cost control and minimising wastage
* Coaching and supporting junior kitchen team members
About You
* Previous experience in a professional, commercial kitchen (hotel experience advantageous but not essential)
* Strong attention to detail with experience producing both à la carte and buffet food
* Confident working with fresh ingredients in a high-volume environment
* A genuine passion for food and professional development
* Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene and kitchen standards
* Reliable, flexible and able to work well in a fast-paced team environment
* Available to work mornings, evenings and weekends on a rota basis
