Legal PA - Corporate - Birmingham City Centre
Are you an experienced Legal PA looking to take your career to the next level? This is an outstanding opportunity to join a prestigious international law firm based in the heart of the City centre, supporting senior Partners within a high-performing and fast-paced Corporate department.

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Collaborating with finance teams to oversee billing, matter balances, and working capital
* Managing the full matter lifecycle, from opening files and applying correct rates to drafting engagement letters and liaising with compliance teams
* Supporting conflict checks and client due diligence, ensuring timely and accurate completion of the Client Matter Inception (CMI) process
* Coordinating complex diary and travel arrangements for senior stakeholders
* Organising internal and client events, including training sessions, inductions, and assessment centres
* Providing support to the centralised paralegal team and other key departments
* Planning and booking intricate travel itineraries with a focus on efficiency and value
* Managing meeting logistics, including preparation of documents, room bookings, and hospitality
* Overseeing task management workflows to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
* Liaising with document production teams for formatting and finalising legal and business documents
* Applying excellent technical and organisational skills across a broad range of administrative support tasks
* Ensuring full compliance with internal risk, training, and governance policies
The Candidate
* At least 5 years’ experience supporting senior Partners in a leading City or international firm ideally from a professional services background
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with outstanding attention to detail
* A calm, professional, and proactive approach to managing a fast-paced workload
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to embrace new technology
* Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
* A collaborative and positive team player with a genuine commitment to service excellence
