Working across a variety of maintenance, refurbishment and improvement projects, you'll use your skills to deliver practical solutions and high-quality finishes in a role that offers plenty of variety and the chance to make a real impact every day. About this role:
1. £16.10 per hour (starting rate)
2. Monday to Friday (7.30am - 4.30pm)
3. Company van and fuel card provided

What you'll be doing in this role:
6. Carry out joinery and general construction works on both void and tenanted properties
7. Complete works including kerbing, flagging, fencing, blockwork and concreting to a high standard
8. Work as part of a team to deliver a professional, courteous and considerate service to clients and tenants
9. Move, install, secure and handle materials safely, including loading and unloading as required
10. Operate a range of hand tools, power tools and equipment appropriate to the task and site
11. Ensure all work areas are left clean, tidy and safe at the end of each day
12. Work under instruction to meet client requirements and project specifications
13. Follow all health and safety procedures and ensure correct use of PPE at all times
14. Complete and submit accurate site records and documentation, both electronic and paper-based, in line with contract requirements
What you'll need for this role:
15. Time served or appropriately qualified with relevant experience
16. Proven experience in 1st and 2nd fix joinery
17. Strong background in minor building and maintenance joinery services
18. Full driving licence
19. Valid CSR Card
20. Available for out-of-hours callouts on a rotational basis (every 6–8 weeks)
