The Role
This is a lead‑from‑the‑front role, you’ll be right in the middle of it, not watching from the sidelines. You will be:

* Managing rosters and keeping labour costs tight without killing the vibe
* Jumping into service during peak periods (because that’s where the fun is)
* Keeping standards high and customers coming back
* Helping drive smooth, efficient operations behind the scenes
Who You Are
You’re not just a supervisor; you’re a people leader who knows how to balance great service with strong commercial thinking.
* You’ve led teams in a busy hospitality environment before
* You know your way around rostering, labour %, and productivity
* You’re confident, calm under pressure, and solutions-focused
* You bring energy, accountability, and a bit of personality to your leadership style
* You’re just as comfortable on the floor as you are planning the shift
Why You Will Love It Here
* Two venues = variety, pace, and no boring days
* Real opportunity to grow your career (we actually mean it)
* A team that backs each other and gets stuck in
* A workplace where people and performance both matter
If you’re ready to step up, take ownership, and be part of something that’s building, we want to hear from you.
