We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join the team at Vertu BMW Motorrad Sunderland. This role offers a basic salary of £22,000 with the opportunity to earn significant commission that can deliver earnings well in excess of our on-target level of £45,000.
In addition to delivering great earnings potential, we will also deliver true work‑life balance. You will work a 40‑hour work week (five 8‑hour shifts per week), be present on most Saturdays, and have a guaranteed day off during the week. We are closed on Sundays so you can sit back and relax on this day every week without fail.
As part of our team, you’ll represent a prestigious automotive brand known for quality and innovation, offering customers a premium experience every step of the way. You’ll receive full training and a thorough onboarding programme to help you succeed and maximise your earning potential.
As a Sales Executive, you’ll guide customers through a seamless and enjoyable car buying experience, from the first point of contact to the final handshake, and be responsible for organising the end‑to‑end customer journey.
Requirements
* Currently working as a Sales Executive in the automotive industry (minimum 12 months)
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
* Full UK driving licence
