Team Leader – Children’s Residential Child Sexual Exploitation Service

Salary
£33,513 – £35,219 DOE (Including Sleep In Bonus)
Responsibilities
* Lead a team of support workers within a fully equipped residential setting.
* Ensure the delivery of person-centred care, promoting the well‑being and progress of children and young people in our care.
* Use the electronic care recording system (Clearcare or equivalent) to document, monitor and update records accurately.
* Support the implementation of safeguarding and welfare protocols and ensure all staff comply with DBS requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
* Previous experience in child or adolescent care, preferably in a residential setting.
* Strong commitment to integrity, accountability and person‑centred values.
* Ability to communicate effectively with multi‑disciplinary teams and families.
* Willingness to undergo enhanced DBS checks and provide recent references.

* Additional: Overtime paid at 1.25
