We have a new opportunity for a Used Car Sales Manager to work alongside and lead a high‑performing sales team for our client’s dealership in the Croydon area. Used Car Sales Manager Role
* Manage departmental deadlines and performance standards
* Deliver consistently high levels of customer satisfaction
* Recruit, select, and onboard new team members
* Coach, develop, and support your team to maximise performance
* Conduct regular one‑to‑ones to monitor progress and development
* Ensure showroom presentation and POS standards are maintained
* Provide accurate financial, forecasting, and stock reports
Used Car Sales Manager Requirements
* Proven experience in automotive sales management (used cars preferred)
* Strong leadership and people development skills
* A customer‑first mindset with strong commercial awareness
* Full & Clean UK Driving License
