💷 Pay Rate: £13.78 per hour
⏰ Hours: 37.5 hours per week
🕑 Shifts: Monday–Friday on a rotating shift pattern (6am–2pm, 2pm–10pm, 10pm–6am)
🕑 Type: Temp-Perm
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Machine - warehouse Operator to join our client in Aylesford. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career, with full training provided for the right candidate.
🔨 Key Responsibilities:
1. Setting up, operating, and monitoring production machinery
2. Identifying and troubleshooting basic machine issues
3. Carrying out packing and sorting tasks when required
4. Ensuring products meet quality standards
5. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
💪 About You:
6. Able to read, write, and understand English
7. Manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential
8. Willing to work a full rotating shift pattern
