Monitor and manage line output rates, utilisation, scrap levels against plan/targets on each line. Monitor of product quality and ensure all quality checks and testing is carried out in line with specifications. Ensure accurate data is recorded and reported correctly. Ensure good housekeeping standards are mainatined. Reporting all hazards and act on them accordingly. Communicate any issues to relavent supervisors. • Previous experience operating extrusion machines or in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not essenntial as full training will be given. • Good team working and communication. • Positive and pro-active attitude. • Be able to work unsupervised and using own initiative. • Ability to handle multiple priorities to ensure deadlines are met.
