The school is proud to be a vibrant and forward-thinking school with a dedicated team of professionals working together to create a positive impact on the lives of all students.We are now seeking a passionate and motivated Secondary Qualified Teacher to join a committed team and help them to continue their mission of providing high-quality education to all students.Key Responsibilities:* Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the individual needs of students within the secondary phase of the academy.* Differentiate instruction to ensure that all students, regardless of ability, are able to access the curriculum and make progress.* Provide a supportive and nurturing classroom environment to promote positive behaviour and academic achievement.* Work collaboratively with the Special Educational Needs (SEN) team to create individualized learning plans (ILPs) for students.* Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents/carers.* Participate in professional development opportunities to continually improve teaching practice.* Contribute to the wider life of the academy, including extracurricular activities and school events.Who We Are Looking For:* A qualified secondary teacher (QTS) with experience in a secondary school or special education setting.* A deep understanding of special educational needs and a commitment to inclusive education.* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.* The ability to work effectively as part of a team and demonstrate flexibility in meeting the needs of students.* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.* A passion for making a difference and a strong desire to support students in their personal and academic development.Who are Aspire People?
