The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
Proven experience teaching in both KS1 and KS2
Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum
A nurturing approach with excellent classroom management skills
A creative and reflective teaching style
The ability to differentiate effectively to meet the needs of all learners
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
