Would you like to join our friendly retail team based at the Stables and Orangery gift shops which sell items ranging from accessories, clothing, handbags and contemporary jewellery, to books and gifts suitable for all. You will uphold our high standards of customer care by engaging with our customers and maintaining excellent product knowledge to help them with their purchases. Working within a small, friendly team your main duties will include; serving customers, stock control, administration checks, light cleaning, till work and helping in our other retail shops when required. Whilst you will be given all the training you need to be excellent in this job, you should have excellent customer service skills. Experience of cash handling is beneficial. You will work 23.5 hours per week over 3-days as follows: Wednesday 10am to 6pm Friday and Saturday 9.30am to 6pm This is a seasonal permanent role, meaning you will work from late March to early January each year. Flexibility will be required at times, as the roles will involve some early starts and late finishes due to the busy Christmas season. Please see attached job description for further information.
