Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 per annum

The Opportunity
We are excited to offer a new opportunity to join our Equipment Advisory Team as a Data Project Analyst. This pivotal role will be responsible for maintaining and developing our Equipment Advisory Data Sets, ensuring the integrity, accessibility, and accuracy of all project-related data. You will support data analysis, reporting, and updates across multiple client portfolios to contribute to project delivery.
Responsibilities
* Collect, organise, and maintain high-quality datasets for use in advisory projects.
* Manage data updates and reporting through systems including e-Quip and Excel.
* Support the creation and maintenance of the MTS Master Data Sets, ensuring accurate pricing and technical specifications.
* Conduct product research — analysing specifications, costs, and warranties — to advise clients on suitability.
* Support the Equipment Advisory Team in project delivery by ensuring all data is up-to-date and compliant.
* Work with internal and external stakeholders to provide accurate, timely information on project performance.
* Maintain technical documentation, templates, and databases to support continuous improvement.
* Base (ADB).
About You
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for data integrity. You’ll need to balance technical precision with effective communication and teamwork.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Excellent data management and analytical skills
* Strong proficiency in Excel and confidence in learning new database systems
* Methodical and organised, with strong time management skills
* Confident communicator – both written and verbal – able to liaise at all levels
* Ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Desirable
* Experience in healthcare, equipment planning, or project data management
* Familiarity with systems such as e-Quip or Activity Data
