What You’ll Be Doing Recruiting, onboarding, and inducting new team members to build a strong, motivated team. Inspiring and developing your managers and team to ensure high engagement and retention. Analysing sales figures and forecasting to maximise revenue opportunities. Managing all controllable costs and overseeing the site’s P&L. Supporting the Regional Operations Manager in achieving long-term business goals. Conducting regular one-to-ones to drive individual performance.
