The Opportunity This is far more than a traditional account management role. You’ll act as the linchpin between the business and its clients—who include global brands, architects, and contractors—ensuring a seamless experience across the customer journey. You'll work closely with the Sales Director and wider commercial team, with full autonomy to drive relationship strategy, improve service delivery, and help scale the revenue contribution of the projects/client relations division from 20% to 50%. What You’ll Be Doing Manage and nurture relationships with a diverse portfolio of B2B clients across the UK. Develop and implement long-term relationship management strategies to enhance client loyalty and lifetime value. Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell and add value based on client feedback and business insight. Own the onboarding journey and ensure clients receive best-in-class support throughout the lifecycle. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience. Act as a brand ambassador, representing the business at in-person and virtual meetings. Use CRM tools (HubSpot) to manage interactions, pipeline activity and reporting. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives around service delivery and client engagement. About You 3–5 years’ experience in a sales, client management or customer success role. Strong organisational and calendar management skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Proficient in Microsoft 365 Strategic mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach.
