We’re searching for a UK-based VP of Solution Advisory to join our UK&I Leadership team, so that we can deliver outstanding technical sales strategy and execution across both public and private healthcare sectors.
The VP of Solution Advisory will lead and scale our Solution Consultants and Presales & Bid Management teams to position RLDatix as a trusted partner and technical authority in the healthcare technology space, driving commercial success and sustainable growth across the UK&I region.
How You’ll Spend Your Time
* Lead a high-performing team of Solution Consultants and Presales & Bid Managers to drive excellence in technical sales execution across the UK&I market.
* Define and execute a Solution Advisory strategy that supports public and private sector growth, aligning with RLDatix’s commercial goals.
* Collaborate with Sales, Strategic Partnerships, and Marketing in order to develop unified go-to-market plans that elevate RLDatix’s market presence and customer impact.
* Oversee the development of value-based selling methodologies, tailored proposals, and bids that meet the complex needs of healthcare providers.
* Establish Solution Advisory as a centre of excellence, enhancing the customer journey and ensuring deep product expertise is deployed effectively.
What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having
* Senior leadership experience in technical sales, presales, or solution consulting within a complex SaaS, healthcare tech, or enterprise software environment
* Proven success in leading high-impact teams and delivering technical sales strategies that drive market growth
* In-depth knowledge on how to navigate the UK&I healthcare system, including NHS frameworks and private sector procurement processes
* Ability to commute across the UK&I region as needed to support client and team engagements
* Genuine interest in improving care delivery outcomes through technology and innovation in healthcare
* A knack for working cross-functionally within a matrixed, collaborative leadership environment
