The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support pupils in a vibrant primary classroom
* Deliver and assist with activities
* Provide 1:1 and small group support
* Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment
* Work closely with the class teacher to support pupil progress
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 6 months’ experience working with children (voluntary experience or transferable skills are welcome!)
* A caring, patient and proactive attitude
* Passion for supporting children’s learning and development
