Located in Harpenden, this pivotal role involves conducting market analysis to identify trends and opportunities, addressing agronomic challenges, and collaborating with local and international research institutions such as the Groupe Roullier World Innovation Center (CMI).
Requirements: A PhD in agronomy, specialising in plant or soil nutrition, biology, or health.
Your Objectives as Technical R&D Advisor:
* Development: Provide technical support to the sales team to achieve sales objectives, participate in technical training, build relationships to generate sales, and support field days with nutrient management plans, technical support, and crop demo monitoring.
* Research: Lead market analysis and research on UK crops, identify growth opportunities, collaborate with CMI and research institutions, and enhance product credibility through certifications and partnerships.
Your Profile:
* PhD in agronomy, specialising in plant or soil nutrition, plant biology, or plant health.
* Excellent communication and coordination skills.
* Team player with the ability to collaborate with external partners.
