Factory Operative - Witham, Essex
£12.21 per hour | Full-Time | Temporary Role
Hours: Monday - Friday, Day Shift (early finish every Friday)
We are currently recruiting for a Factory Operative to join a well-established manufacturing company in Witham, Essex. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for steady, long-term work with full-time hours and the benefit of an early finish every Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
Carrying out basic assembly and production tasks on the shop floor
Packing finished products accurately and to a high standard
Labelling goods and preparing them for dispatch
Following quality procedures to ensure products meet company standards
Keeping the work area clean and organised
Assisting colleagues to achieve daily production targets
What We're Looking For:
Previous factory,manufacturing and production, or packing experience is an advantage but not essential
Reliable, punctual, and a good team player
Able to carry out manual handling and work on your feet throughout the shift
Strong attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude
