Red Recruitment is recruiting a Telesales Advisor in Banbury to join our client, a premier contact centre outsourcing business, dedicated to delivering exceptional service to its clients.
This role is perfect for someone with existing sales skills who wants to learn and develop in a professional business setting.
The role will involve outbound calling businesses from various industries, looking to navigate them through the sales process with professional and persuasive sales skills.

* Salary: 26,000 Per Annum plus Commission
* Hours: Monday - Friday, Sfift Rotation Between 9am - 7pm
* Contract: Temporar to Permanent

Key Responsibilities of Telesales Advisor
* Proactively contacting new and existing business customers to identify sales opportunities
* Building strong rapport and understanding customer needs
* Promoting the businesses services and converting opportunities into sales
* Managing your pipeline through our CRM systems
* Working to daily, weekly, and monthly sales targetsMaintaining accurate records and reporting on activity and performance
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent customer outcomes
Key Skills and Experience of Telesales Advisor
* Previous experience in telesales, sales, or a phone-based customer role
* Confidence speaking to customers and handling objectionsStrong communication and listening skills
* A positive, driven mindset with a desire to succeed
* The ability to stay organised and manage your own workload
* Basic computer skills and comfort working with CRM systems
