Knowledge of NHS governance structures and processes is desirable but not essential; relevant training will be provided.
The responsibilities include managing schedules and leave arrangements, ensuring timely communication with relevant personnel, arranging meetings and events, transcribing minutes, and following up on action points. The role also involves preparing correspondence and reports, maintaining manual and electronic correspondence and documentation systems, managing office equipment and stationery, and processing orders.

As a CWPS Quality and Governance Administrator, the post holder will support the Network Quality and Improvement Manager and the Quality Team by maintaining and developing the quality management system, including clinical governance and risk management. The role also involves administering systems such as Q-Pulse and Datix across the Trusts.
