About the role Can you plan and deliver online and offline marketing campaigns in collaboration with different internal teams and external stakeholders? What you will bring to the role: Join a diverse, multilingual 'rock star' team of 13 based across The Netherlands, US, Spain, France, Germany, and the UK Lead the translation of product driven marketing campaigns with a segment angle into impactful marketing efforts to drive organic growth in the pharmaceuticals industry Take full ownership of a GBP 125,000 marketing budget, ensuring effective and creative use of funds Support global planning, creation, and activation of marketing assets aligned with different personas and the different phases in the buyer journeys Collaborate cross-functionally to gather insights, optimise marketing content, execute marketing tactics that contribute towards the full marketing funnel. Execute campaigns based on data driven results and stop what doesn't work About you: BA, BSc, MSc in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent (e.g., NIMA A/B), with 3 years of experience in professional marketing environments Proven track record in managing marketing assets and executing successful campaigns A versatile self-starter with strong initiative, autonomy, and the ability to prioritise effectively Strategic and analytical thinker who can translate complex strategies into actionable tactics Creative mindset with a flair for out-of-the-box campaign planning and marketing innovation Strong communication and tech skills, with a positive attitude, team spirit, and great sense of humour B2B marketing expertise and awareness of current trends (desirable) Experience with Pardot (Salesforce), JIRA, and LinkedIn marketing (desirable) Proficiency in both online and offline marketing strategies (desirable) Why you should join us: Be a part of an ambitious, fast-growing, international company with a friendly and inclusive culture.
