Job Description: Senior Project Manager

We currently have several SISS projects ongoing for our Rail customers across England. You will be responsible for managing customer relationships and the overall management and coordination of upcoming projects. This is a hybrid role based at our Warwick HQ, with travel to customer sites across England as needed.
What You’ll Do:
1. Develop project delivery and reporting processes to ensure projects meet standards and deadlines.
2. Act as the customer interface for Telent on allocated projects.
3. Manage financial performance and reporting for all projects to Telent and customer stakeholders.
4. Provide regular project reviews, reports, and KPIs for Telent and clients.
5. Ensure contractual quality and health & safety standards for all projects.
6. Provide leadership and direction to the project team.
7. Plan and ensure the availability of resources (internal and external) for project delivery.
8. Manage subcontractor selection and management.
9. Ensure timely material orders within budget.
10. Conduct regular site safety inspections to promote a positive health and safety culture.
11. Support the bid team for tenders and responses as required.
Who you are:
You should have experience managing SISS-related projects within the rail industry, handling a portfolio of projects valued upwards of £34M.
Key requirements:
* Experience working on SISS projects within Rail
* Strong knowledge of profit & loss accounts and cash flow forecasting
* Financial and commercial experience managing multi-million-pound critical projects
* Ability to lead teams in large, complex environments
* Knowledge of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment regulations
* Experience managing complex customer and end-user relationships
