Description
* Manage the preparation of financial statements and reports.
* Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
* Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
* Lead the monthly and year-end close processes.
* Analyse financial data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
* Maintain and improve internal controls and financial systems.
* Supervise and support the accounting team in their daily operations.
* Collaborate with external auditors and stakeholders as required.
Profile
* ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant
* Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
* Proven experience in financial management
* Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
