Job Description
3. Process invoices, payments, and expense claims accurately and efficiently.
4. Maintain and update financial records and databases.
5. Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate record-keeping.
6. Assist in preparing financial reports and month-end accounts.
7. Support the Accounting & Finance department with administrative tasks.
8. Communicate with suppliers and clients regarding financial matters.
9. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
10. Provide general assistance to the team as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
