The Role
In this senior position, you will play a vital role in turning aspirations into tangible achievements within the specialist lending landscape. You will leverage your expert knowledge to navigate the intricacies of portfolio lending, including limited company structures, HMOs and MUFBs. Your role will involve performing a deep-dive analysis of client needs to identify the perfect mortgage solutions for our clients and ensuring a seamless application process. Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert mortgage advice while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and quality.

* Make sound decisions based on established lender criteria and specialist underwriting requirements to ensure the efficient progression of mortgage applications.
* Collaborate with our compliance team to maintain our unwavering commitment to excellence.
Requirements
* CeMAP qualified with a proven track record of at least three years in mortgage advice.
* Experience in specialist lending and complex buy-to-let portfolio structures is essential.
* Holding a Certificate in Professional Specialist Practice (CPSP) is considered advantageous, though not essential.
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and driven by a strong work ethic.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for outstanding service.
