Description
The People Director will:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organisational goals.
Lead and manage a high-performing Human Resources team.
Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organisational culture.
Provide strategic HR guidance to a senior leadership team of ~ 15.
Identify and address workforce development and training needs.
Partner with other People Directors across the group on a variety of projects.Profile
A successful People Director must have:
A strong background in HR, including having worked as a "People Director" or "Head of HR" in a large, corporate business
Proven leadership and team management skills.
In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
European experience (employee groups must have been based across Europe and you must be able to demonstrate examples of adding commercial value across global regions).Job Offer
