Position Details
* Role: Teaching Assistant (General Primary/Secondary Support)
* Location: Reigate
* Contract: Long-Term, Fixed-Term
* Working Pattern: Full-Time (Monday to Friday)
* Hours: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM (Term-Time Only)
* Pay: Competitive Daily Rate (Commensurate with experience)
The Role: Classroom and Student Support
You will be an integral member of the classroom team, assisting the teacher and providing essential support to students across various abilities. Your focus will be on creating a nurturing, productive, and well-organized environment where all children can achieve their best.
Key Duties Include:
* Providing one-to-one or small-group support to students with their learning tasks.
* Assisting the teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management .
* Preparing, organizing, and maintaining teaching materials and resources .
* Supporting students with their emotional regulation and ensuring a safe environment.
* Assisting with general classroom duties and student supervision, particularly during transitions.
