KatKins Opportunity
For uncompromising cat parents who want the best, KatKin goes hardcore for cat health. We make the UK’s most popular fresh cat food: 100% human-quality meat, gently cooked, and frozen for freshness.
Where the competition cuts corners, catfishes customers and puts profits over health, we put cat wellbeing first. No shortcuts. No secret recipes. We’re cutting the fluff, thinking fresh and channelling hardcore love into industry-wide change. So cats live long and cat parents can love hard without compromise.
Having started as a two person team in 2019, founders Brett and Nikki have grown KatKin from a small startup to a leading pet‑food industry disruptor kick‑starting a new category of healthier cat food in the UK – “Fresh”. Our vet‑formulated, science‑backed recipes are now delivered on subscription to 60,000+ cats UK wide, and counting.
The Role
Our Direct Sales team pops up at the UK’s busiest lifestyle events, retail spaces, railways stations, and cat shows. Wherever there are cat parents in the wild, we want to be. We deliver brand activations to connect with cat parents, share our mission of changing cats’ lives for the better, and sign them up to trial our regular deliveries of the healthiest diet available for their cat.
As our Events Coordinator in Manchester, you’ll take ownership of making this team bigger and better – scouting, booking and planning new activations & pop‑ups across the North of England, developing our strategy, and managing execution.
We launched our Manchester team in Feb 2026, and are off to a flying start. We are looking for an ambitious, growth‑minded person to join the team, and build on our early success. Our London team events coordinators scaled our number of activations by 5x from 2024–2025, and you will have access to their playbook, on top of daily support, both in person and online.
You’ll be part of one of our fastest‑growing and most dynamic teams, shaking up the cat food industry for good, and making a real difference to the lives of cats and their parents.
