As an Account Manager, you are the face of Hilti and the foundation of our direct sales model. This role involves having meaningful interactions with customers and taking a consultative approach to support them in improving productivity, safety, and sustainability.

As an Account Manager, you will engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, demonstrate our innovative products, develop relationships with focus customers, and manage your sales area strategically using tools like Salesforce.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?
* Visiting sites and customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Demonstrating products and software on-site.
* Developing relationships with existing customers and uncovering new business opportunities.
* Managing your sales area operationally, organizationally, and strategically, utilizing CRM systems like Salesforce.
