Teach Ltd is looking for a dedicated and patient Teaching Assistants to join a welcoming school in Luton. This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils with special educational needs and help them thrive in their learning environment.
Role responsibilities:
* Supporting students 1:1 and in small groups with a range of SEND (e.g. autism, ADHD, speech and language needs)
* Assisting the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities
* Promoting positive behaviour and inclusion
* Helping with personal care (where needed) and classroom routines
Ideal candidate will have:
* Experience working with children with SEND
* A caring, calm, and resilient nature
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* An enhanced DBS (or be willing to apply)
