Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Senior Property Relatioship Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Salford, Greater Manchester. The salary ranges from an OTE of £32,500 - £34,500.

* Making regular 'check in' calls with landlords.
* Delivering exceptional customer service to our customers & landlords.
* Renewing & negotiating tenancy agreements.
* Completing inspections, inventories & check outs of our customers.
* Organising & recommending maintenance works
