Hourly rate: £37.13 PAYE or £50.01 Umbrella inside IR35

Overview
We are currently recruiting on behalf of BAE Systems for an experienced Safety, Compliance & Assurance Lead (SCAL) to support their UK Sustainment Operation based at RAF Marham within the Integrated Training Centre (ITC).
Skills:
Minimum 5 years' experience within Aircraft Maintenance, Safety, Quality, Assurance or Compliance in a fast jet or performance-based support environment
Strong working knowledge of:
* ISO 9001 / AS9100
* DSAT requirements
* Safety & Quality Management Systems
* Maintenance Training Organisation Expositions (MTOE)
Qualified Auditor (essential)
The Job
1. Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System
2. Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015, AS9100, MTOE, Training Management Plan and DSAT requirements
3. Managing the ITC Safety, Compliance & Assurance Register (SC&AR)
4. Administering the SMS reporting system (PrISM) and associated actions
