Role Overview
The brand is searching for a talented and highly creative Content Creator to join its dynamic Brand Marketing Team. This person will bring the brand to life across social platforms with compelling, scroll-stopping content. They will work closely with the Social Media Manager and wider team to elevate the brand’s visual identity, deliver best-in-class content, and help shape a social presence that inspires, entertains, and drives engagement.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands trends intuitively, and has a strong eye for storytelling through both video and imagery.
Key Accountabilities
* Create high-quality, on-brand content for all social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging channels.
* Plan, shoot, and edit a consistent pipeline of iPhone-shot content — across still life, self-shot, model shoots, ASMR, tutorials, and behind-the-scenes formats.
* Work alongside the Social Media Manager to deliver content for BAU and campaign activity.
* Support the execution of social-first shoots, contributing creative ideas and ensuring smooth production.
* Stay on top of social trends, platform updates, and emerging formats to ensure the brand’s content is always fresh and ahead of the curve.
* Contribute ideas and concepts for new social series, hooks, and creative approaches that drive engagement and growth.
* Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity.
* Work closely with the influencer and creative teams to integrate talent content effectively.
* Assist in maintaining an organised content library, ensuring assets are stored and accessible for team use.
* Support in capturing content for events, product launches, behind-the-scenes moments, and on-location shoots.
* Ensure a high level of consistency, quality, and aesthetic alignment across all produced content.

* Detail-oriented with strong aesthetic judgement and a polished visual style.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Confident working both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
* Comfortable being behind — and occasionally in front of — the camera when needed.
* Proficient in editing tools such as CapCut, Final Cut, Premiere, or similar mobile/video editing apps.
* A proactive, ideas-driven team player who thrives on experimentation and creative problem-solving.
* Flexibility to support out-of-hours or weekend activity when required.
