Temporary Accounts Payable Assistant - must be available immediately

💷Hourly rate: £14.10ph
⏰Working hours: 9am - 5.30pm
Responsibilities:
As an Accounts Payable Assistant, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth financial operations. Your main tasks will include:
Processing high volumes of invoices with accuracy and efficiency 📑
Reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies 🔍
Maintaining organised records of all transactions
Collaborating with team members to improve processesWhat We're Looking For:
Previous experience in accounts payable processing invoices
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills 🗂️
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Ability to work independently and as part of a team 🤝
