Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available The role As Operations Coordinator, you'll work closely with our operations managers to assist in the successful delivery of managing the Transmission network. In this role, you will support finance and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting along with the Office of Gas and Electricity Markets (Ofgem) submissions. You will - Comply and actively participate in Safety, Health & Wellbeing activities and campaigns. - Provide Finance Reporting and support to our SSEN Stakeholders. - Provide KPI Reporting and Support. - Support Process and Procedure creation and management. - Provide general team support for all levels of co-ordination and administration. You have - Awareness of SSE Transmissions regulatory position with Ofgem. - Strong previous experience working within a coordinator or administration role. - Technical proficiency & experience of developing solutions in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, Power Apps and other relevant software applications. - The ability to challenge existing company standards, policy and procedures and where appropriate suggest and develop improvements. - Outstanding overall communications skills and the ability to engage and build relationships with a range of stakeholders.
